While doing my neurology residency at the Mayo Clinic, I asked one of the EEG (brain wave) technicians to do my EEG as I was thinking of various artistic and literary topics. This piece incorporates my own brain waves as I was thinking of Franz Kafka's concept of law in his book The Trial. I have used this EEG tracing in many different art forms over the years. Given current international developments, this piece is particularly timely. The current governmental wanton destruction of cities and of human life is in keeping with the senselessness found in Kafka's pages.
I have created a YouTube video of this piece, as it is being modeled. It can be seen by clicking HERE.

These scarves should only be dry cleaned.
These are large-scale, 100% pure silk scarves, 140 x 140 cm (55 x 55 in). Given their size, they are more properly called wraps (skraistės in Lithuanian). Most designer scarves, at their largest, are only 90 x 90 cm (35 x 35 in). These are two and a half times that size.
The mulberry silk used is of the highest quality with twill weaving. The printing techniques are state of the art. All materials used in the production process are environmentally friendly, non-toxic with OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certification. STANDARD 100 is the strictest environmental certification in the world. The company that does my printing has 13 years of experience and works only with silk, no other fabrics. This company’s Amazon rating is 4.7 out of 5. These scarves are heavy, durable and warm.
