You would send me visual elements that you want incorporated, such as photographs, letters, electroencephalograms, and brain scans.
We would arrange a telephone discussion so you could explain your vision. During the creative process we would have email exchanges as the design is developed. Once you are satisifed I will order it. Printing takes 3 to 4 weeks. These are large-scale 55 x 55 in (140 x 140 cm) in size and are made of 100% pure silk.
As bespoke works, once printed, no more scarves will be printed with that design.
Seven scarves will be printed. You will receive four of them. Two will go into my art archives (Chicago and Lithuania) and I will keep one for display purposes.
In displaying this scarf, I will mention you only if you give me permission. I will retain the copyright ownership of the image.

Bespoke (Custom Designed) Silk Scarf
These are large-scale, 100% pure silk scarves, 140 x 140 cm (55 x 55 in). Given their size, they are more properly called wraps (skraistės in Lithuanian). Most designer scarves, at their largest, are only 90 x 90 cm (35 x 35 in). These are two and a half times that size.
The mulberry silk used is of the highest quality with twill weaving. The printing techniques are state of the art. All materials used in the production process are environmentally friendly, non-toxic with OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certification. STANDARD 100 is the strictest environmental certification in the world. These scarves are heavy, durable and warm.
These scarves should be dry cleaned only.
